Per-period incentive per advisor — payout, follow-up calls and unlocking status,
shown next to visit coverage so effort and reward sit side by side.
The source workbook is still being tidied. Today it carries several sheets with headers
stacked across three rows, and its periods disagree — the file is named
P5, its sheets say P4, and the achievement columns are labelled
P3-25. Once the period is settled and the real sheet is agreed, this becomes an
upload and a per-advisor table like the visit data.
